At EBANX, we strive to provide global access for everyone. Our payment technology bridges people and businesses across 29 rising markets worldwide. As a senior analyst in our payroll and mobility department, you will play a vital role in connecting businesses and people through payments.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll processes, adhering to local and international tax and labor regulations.
- Manage global mobility programs, coordinating expatriation, repatriation, and cross-border assignments, including visa, tax, and relocation support.
- Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to optimize payroll operations and ensure seamless integration with HR systems.
- Support internal audits by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to payroll and global mobility controls.
- Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on payroll and mobility best practices.
- Fluent English skills
- Previous experience with Payroll, Benefits or Global Mobility operations
- Analytical profile, detail-oriented and solution-focused
- Experience in cross-team and cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding about international payroll and mobility trends and best practices
- Comfortable with a dynamic environment and change
- Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Spanish / Portuguese language skills
