Senior UX Designer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our products and services.

  • Lead UX strategy and communicate design decisions to stakeholders, ensuring user satisfaction and business value.
  • Prioritize work requests with product management to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
  • Represent the UX domain team in cross-functional communication, promoting understanding of brand identity and design systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 7-10 years of experience in complex design concepts with medium to large teams, preferably in an enterprise environment.
  • Highly proficient in human-centered design principles, user research, usability, and accessibility.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing all phases of UX methodologies across multiple projects.

You should also have expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud suite, and Microsoft suite, as well as a solid foundation in Agile project methodology. Previous experience in creating digital solutions for the Oil & Gas industry is highly desirable.
