We're seeking a results-driven Senior Institutional Account Manager to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. As a key member of our institutional sales team, you'll leverage your expertise in crypto markets and OTC workflows to identify opportunities for product adoption and client growth.
About the TeamYou'll work closely with institutional clients, serving as the primary point of contact for exceptional support. Your primary focus will be on building long-term relationships and establishing trust with clients through proactive engagement and solution-oriented approaches.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve goals. You should also be comfortable working in dynamic and ambiguous environments, maintaining composure under pressure.
Key Accountabilities- Lead and manage a regional team of experienced professionals, fostering collaboration and maintaining high-performance standards.
- Prioritize and structure high-level deliverables, breaking them down into actionable tasks and ensuring accountability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve pain points, and ensure seamless support.
- Leverage knowledge of crypto markets, OTC processes, and client workflows to identify opportunities for product adoption and client growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt across communication channels.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends as needed, but not exceeding 5 days per week.
- Knowledge of OKX's Proof of Reserves and its benefits.
