Senior Data Insights Professional

We are seeking a Senior Data Insights Professional to act as the strategic link between business areas and data technical teams. This role will involve deeply understanding business needs and proposing data-driven solutions aligned with organizational governance and architecture directions.
Main Responsibilities- Act as the initial point of contact for new data demands brought by business areas to the Data Hub;
- Analyze and qualify demands with business areas, working in partnership with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) to ensure synergy and clarity in proposed solutions;
- Translate business needs into actionable data insights, involving appropriate data disciplines (data engineering, data analysis, data science, and data governance);
- Serve as the link between the technical team (analysts, data engineers, data scientists) and other company areas, ensuring fluid communication and mutual understanding;
- Support estimating effort (timeline and cost) for demands, considering impact, complexity, and technical viability;
- Identify and map related domains and data disciplines for each initiative;
- Be close to business areas to understand their challenges and opportunities, proposing data-driven solutions that bring real value;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the data journey and promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Completed higher education in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related areas;
- Knowledge of Data Mesh concepts and Hub Spoke operating model;
- Proficiency in data visualization and modeling tools;
- Able to articulate business requirements effectively;
- Effective communication and negotiation skills;
- Experience in storytelling and presentation delivery.
