Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hiring Assistant to join our team. As a Hiring Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping us identify and attract top talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • English Proficiency: You must be proficient in English, as it is the primary language used in our company.
  • Living in Florianópolis: You must be living in Florianópolis, as this is where our team is based.
  • Interest in Head Hunting: You must have a genuine interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Previous experience with admin or service-related tasks, familiarity with Excel, fast-paced environment experience, international experience, undergraduate degree, soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
