Strategic Business Analyst

We are seeking a methodical, organized, detail-oriented and process-driven business analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll work directly with the CEO's strategic initiatives.

  • Analysis and definition of key processes
  • Identification of systemic issues and proposal of solutions
  • Leading or supporting the execution and implementation of process improvements
  • Identification of automation and improvement opportunities within processes
  • Documentation of processes for future reference and optimization

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations and business analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to work independently
  • A self-driven, proactive and goal-oriented personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across different departments
  • An advanced level of English language proficiency
