Looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity as a Senior Genesys Cloud Consultant? This role involves working closely with technical teams to deliver high-quality consultancy services to customers and the business. Your expertise in architecting, developing, implementing, and supporting Genesys Cloud CX solutions will be essential in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for all technical queries related to Genesys solutions
  • Provide advanced technical design and delivery of Genesys Cloud projects
  • Perform in-depth analysis of complex technical and business issues
  • Establish and own technical architectures and implement new technologies
  • Modify system configuration based on business requirements and other factors
  • Plan and direct deployment of new Contact Center technologies and upgrades
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in architecting, developing, implementing, and supporting Genesys Cloud CX solutions
  • Experience with Genesys Engage technologies (e.g. Call Recordings, eServices, Reporting, Orchestration, WFM, IWD)
  • Proficiency with JavaScript development
  • Proven track record with Java or JavaScript development
  • Understanding of SIP infrastructure, including SIP protocol, SBC solutions, load balancing, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of infrastructure planning and operations, design and deployment, as well as system life cycle management
