Reporting QC Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting QC Associate to join our team at Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. This role will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and reporting field data collected from test projects under the supervision of Reporting QC Specialists and Managers.

1. Compile and analyze field data from test projects to ensure accuracy and quality.
2. Work with Project Managers, Field Technicians, and other reporting staff to ensure timely delivery of test reports and other documents.
3. Write and assemble documents such as test protocols or test reports using templates, following style guides and SOPs.
4. Perform review of draft documents for details like grammar and spelling.
5. Communicate regularly with field and reporting staff to ensure test reports are completed in a timely manner.
6. Perform all duties with integrity, safety, and a professional mentality.
7. Understand roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and third-party accreditation standards.
8. Communicate all program deficiencies and improvements.
9. Report all non-conforming work.
10. Promote a positive and inclusive work/team environment.
11. Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment when dealing with sensitive company, personnel, and client information.
12. Participate in training for career development, safety, and maintaining required certifications.

1. Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or related field preferred. High School diploma is acceptable where writing/math/other skills can be demonstrated.
2. Technical writing experience beneficial.
3. Familiarity with EPA test methods, permits, and regulatory requirements beneficial.
4. Field testing experience is beneficial.
5. Intermediate user of cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Workspace), Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel & Word), and PDF editing software.
