Job Description:

The Technical Solutions Expert will be responsible for leading the technical discovery and design for integrations with external partners, primarily focusing on REST/SOAP APIs.

They will architect robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions that connect our platform with third-party systems.

Additionally, they will develop business process automations using both front-end and back-end technologies to improve internal efficiency and partnership operations.

The role requires excellent English communication skills, as they will act as the primary technical liaison between Brazilian partners and our global Product Management teams in China.

Clear technical documentation, specifications, and diagrams will be written to guide development and ensure alignment across all teams.

Troubleshooting complex technical issues during and after implementation, providing expert guidance to ensure project success, is also a key responsibility.
