The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing external events to strengthen BotCity's brand awareness and presence. We seek a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, capable of working autonomously and focused on delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all aspects of field and online events, ensuring timely delivery, staying within budget, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Coordinate pre-event promotion efforts, including email campaigns, social media posts, and targeted outreach to maximize event attendance and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual setup.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Measure and analyze the success of events through KPIs such as attendance, lead quality, and post-event surveys, providing insights for future improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality/event management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) planning and delivering events for 500+ people as well as for small marketing events.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion, Slack.
- Experience with event management software and tools such as Luma and Simpla.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience organizing corporate events for technology companies in B2B segments.
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-profile or VIP events.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in event marketing and experiential marketing.
- Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment or technology companies.
