The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing external events to strengthen BotCity's brand awareness and presence. We seek a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, capable of working autonomously and focused on delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute all aspects of field and online events, ensuring timely delivery, staying within budget, and exceeding customer expectations.
  2. Coordinate pre-event promotion efforts, including email campaigns, social media posts, and targeted outreach to maximize event attendance and engagement.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual setup.
  4. Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  5. Measure and analyze the success of events through KPIs such as attendance, lead quality, and post-event surveys, providing insights for future improvements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality/event management, or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated experience (3+ years) planning and delivering events for 500+ people as well as for small marketing events.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Experience working with Microsoft Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion, Slack.
  6. Experience with event management software and tools such as Luma and Simpla.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience organizing corporate events for technology companies in B2B segments.
  2. Demonstrated experience in managing high-profile or VIP events.
  3. Knowledge of emerging trends in event marketing and experiential marketing.
  4. Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment or technology companies.
