Your Role
We are seeking a junior legal specialist to support our legal and compliance teams in various tasks, including:
- Supporting daily operational tasks
- Assisting in managing judicial demands in partnership with external law firms
- Aiding in the creation of internal controls and processes
- Supporting contract analysis, including confidentiality agreements, service contracts, lease agreements, and memorandums of understanding
- Assisting in due diligence for compliance purposes
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be a law student in their 4th year or higher
- Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Speak English fluently
