Job Title

  • Analyze complex systems, identify areas of improvement, and implement efficient solutions;
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure specifications are being met and that software is reliable and efficient;
  • Develop clean, maintainable code with a strong emphasis on test coverage and performance optimization;
  • Maintain proper documentation for technical solutions and development processes;

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop software using Java and object-oriented programming concepts;
  • Identify and address technical debt to improve system performance and maintainability;
  • Lead teams and ensure consistency across the larger development team;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects;

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with significant experience working on existing systems;
  • Familiarity with Hibernate and Spring MVC;
  • Experience leading teams;
  • Ability to work with legacy code modernization, dependency upgrades, and deprecation management;
