We are seeking a skilled Language Bridge Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will facilitate seamless communication between individuals from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional interpretation services in English and Spanish, fostering a collaborative environment through accurate and clear conveyance of concepts.
• Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with every interaction.
• Maintain a calm and composed demeanor during video and audio sessions, providing optimal service despite challenging situations.
• Exhibit impartiality and objectivity in all interactions, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
• Effectively manage customer expectations by adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish language skills.
• Prior experience in areas related to languages, such as teaching, translation, or interpretation, is highly desirable.
• A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home is essential for maintaining focus and productivity.
• Reliable internet connectivity with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload is mandatory.
• Wired internet service via cable or fiber is required; satellite internet is not acceptable.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary.
• Residency in one of the following cities: Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, Parnamirim, São Gonçalo do Amarante, Macaíba, São José de Mipibu, Extremoz, Nísia Floresta, is preferred.
