Warehouse Operator

Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Summary: Operate forklifts in warehouses and yards, following operational and safety procedures, managing gear shifts, direction, and elevation to transport, stack, and position raw materials, packaging, and finished products.

Responsibilities:

• Fill out the checklist, checking the oil level, water level in the radiator, brake, clutch, and tires to follow the operational procedure.
• Transport raw materials, products in process, and finished products with the forklift, following safety standards to meet the needs of the manufacturing area.
• Separate finished and resale products according to requests to send to clients.
• Monitor the unloading of products in containers and bulk, following the operational procedure to ensure the safety of the process.
• Collect product samples received, sending them to laboratories, production, and/or process engineering to ensure product quality and investigate possible quality complaints from clients.
• Label received products with SAP-generated labels, verifying that the information on quantity, batch, and expiration date on the label matches the product specifications.
• Update the SAP system with the location where the product was stored to quickly locate each material.
• Comply with all EHS and Quality internal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Forklift Operator Course
• SAP system knowledge
• WM system knowledge
