Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's regular release cycle to ensure seamless deployment of software updates.
  • Oversee the configuration of test and production environments to ensure stability and efficiency.
  • Provide timely release status updates to stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to release processes, including release notes and technical guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, and Product, to address ad-hoc requirements and ensure successful release outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience managing release cycles and configurations.
  • Proficiency in using command line interface and code editors.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, such as CircleCI, and feature flag management software, like LaunchDarkly.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms, such as Sanity.
  • Understanding of QA testing practices and methodologies.
