About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Backend Developer to join our team at Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our Core Load domain, you will work closely with a small and focused team of 3-5 engineers to deliver high-impact software that maximizes value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to design and develop a real-time, web-based freight management system.
  • Develop APIs and Microservices: Develop APIs for web and mobile clients to ensure seamless integration, and contribute to the development of microservices, user interfaces, cron jobs, and more.
  • Ensure Performance and Quality: Ensure user interfaces are optimized for speed and performance across multiple devices, and write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.
  • Enhance Team Productivity: Act as a force multiplier to enhance team productivity and code quality.
Requirements
  • Software Development Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, including designing, building, deploying, and maintaining applications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript, experience working with GraphQL APIs, developing SaaS applications, queuing systems, event-driven design, monorepos, ORMs, and relational database management systems.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of React or similar frameworks is advantageous.
