Director of Business Operations

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive operational efficiency, growth, and profitability in our core business. As the second-in-command, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing daily operations, and leading a team of executives.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Establish comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Lead the preparation of business budgets and financial reports.
- Oversee daily operations and manage relationships with partners and vendors.
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Recruit, retain, and develop top talent.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing data and metrics.
- Write and submit reports to senior management.
- Assist in fundraising ventures and expansion activities.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience working in high-growth/pressure organizations.
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, and Marketing.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning, business development, and leadership.
- Experience in fundraising is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented initiatives and inspire team members to achieve exceptional performance.
