Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Staff Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in back-end development, showcasing expertise in technologies such as Postgres, NextJS, Prisma, and cloud services. As a Staff Backend Developer, you will take a leadership role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance back-end solutions.

The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced back-end systems using NextJS, Prisma, Postgres, and GraphQL. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate front-end components with back-end services, architect and optimize database structures using Postgres for efficient data storage and retrieval, and utilize cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to deploy and manage robust back-end services.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in back-end development with a focus on NextJS, Prisma, and Postgres.
  • Proven expertise in cloud services, with a preference for AWS or Azure.
  • Strong command-line proficiency in a Linux environment.
  • In-depth understanding of advanced server-side programming concepts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
