Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for the school's operations, ensuring alignment with its vision and mission.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and student well-being.
  • Lead the administrative team, overseeing resource allocation and staff supervision.
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver high-quality curricula, incorporating contemporary teaching methods and technology-enhanced learning experiences.
  • Hire, evaluate, and develop talented educators and staff, promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, students, and the local community, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Represent the school at external events, conferences, and partnerships, promoting its reputation and interests.
  • Maintain compliance with educational standards, regulations, and safety protocols, ensuring a secure and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in educational leadership and management, preferably within an international or IB setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of curriculum design, instruction, and assessment strategies for diverse age groups.
  • Experience in managing academic programs, including traditional American, IB, and/or AP curricula.
  • Strong background in innovative education, incorporating technology and modern approaches to enhance student outcomes.
