Job Overview

A fast-paced and dynamic position for a skilled Project Coordinator is available to manage the completion of translation projects in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project phases, predict project lifespan, and liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters
  • Negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors, establish and maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally
  • Monitor and control project status, manage finances, including budgeting, and prepare project documentation
  • Perform quality checks at various stages of the process to ensure quality and accuracy
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and experience in translation and localization project management
  • University degree, preferably in BBA - Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, International Business, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in a corporate environment, detail-oriented with ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
