Advanced Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide advanced technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills to handle complex infrastructure challenges.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role
  • Support multiple projects with functional expertise providing support through various means to clients based out in USA.
  • Handle issues and troubleshoot any technical / functional problems that may arise.
  • Work on various platforms to support multiple projects and processes.
  • Coding and debugging to resolve technical issues.
  • Sole point of contact for clients based out in various countries.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Providing solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with product support / tech support.
  • Excellent communications skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of C# and .NET.
  • Experience with database - SQL queries, making API calls using POSTMAN.
  • Familiarity with jQuery & CSS.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Experience in handling queries and some experience (functional) with AI / Bots is preferred.
