About the Role
This permanent position is located in Mitcham and offers a competitive pay rate of $26.56 per hour plus super and shift penalties where applicable. You will be working with an Employer of Choice.
Job Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Providing a security presence and being the first onsite;
- Opening and locking up premises;
- Monitoring CCTV footage to ensure assets are protected and detecting any signs of a security breach;
- Maintaining logs and completing necessary paperwork using computer systems;
- Escalating incidents to relevant MSS managers;
- Responding professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries.
What We're Looking For
We require:
- Demonstrated experience in security services;
- A current VIC Security Licence with control room licence;
- A Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations;
- A Victorian drivers' licence;
- Current First Aid and CPR;
- Full Australian working rights.
