Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Process Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing, diagnosing, organizing, prioritizing, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with various teams and departments. They will also possess advanced knowledge of process modeling tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and Agile frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop descriptive documents for operational procedures and create flow diagrams using modeling tools.
- Ensure smooth change management related to the implementation of new solutions and processes.
- Provide analytical support and insights to assist in strategic decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as a Process Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of process modeling tools, continuous improvement methodologies, and Agile frameworks.
- Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Project, Kanban, etc.).
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI tools (Power BI, etc.).
