About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-oriented Senior Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Reading Subscriptions team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our digital reading programs, Kindle Unlimited and Prime Reading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the relevance of our subscriptions in digital reading
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer insights initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to influence key inputs that drive program growth
  • Support and own processes and mechanisms around Subscriptions Program
  • Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics to identify opportunities for program growth
