About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Sales Specialist to join our team at KWS Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with farmers and agricultural partners in the Saxony and Southern Brandenburg region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert agronomic advice and support for all KWS crops, including maize, rapeseed, hybrid rye, sugar beet, and cereals.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the latest KWS varieties and digital offerings.
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships through on-site consulting and sales.
  • Collaborate with farmers, biogas operators, and agricultural trade partners to optimize the distribution of KWS products.
  • Organize and oversee events and trial sites in your region.

Requirements:

  • Completed training or degree in agricultural sciences or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in sales, ideally in the agricultural sector, as well as in-depth knowledge of agricultural crops and seed products.
  • Fluent German skills; knowledge of English skills is an advantage.
  • Passion for agriculture and farming.
  • Strong willingness to cooperate, teamwork, and communication skills, as well as negotiation abilities.
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style within a committed team.
  • Valid Class B driver's license.
