Field Operations Specialist

The Field Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of operations and providing support to our diverse team. We offer opportunities for long-term career growth and foster a culture built on respect, collaboration, and shared success.
Main Responsibilities:- Troubleshooting, performing emergency repairs, and maintenance activities
- Modifying and upgrading products
- Providing startup assistance/installation supervision
- Training on all products of current and past vintages
- Utilizing various hand tools and specialty tools on equipment such as Circuit-Switchers and Metal-Enclosed Gear
This position reports to the Manager-Field Service Center-Bethlehem, PA Region. The ideal candidate will possess excellent mechanical skills, ability to read mechanical drawings, and computer proficiency.
Requirements:- Associate degree preferred, or equivalent technical experience
- Be a minimum of 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and possess excellent mechanical skills
- Able to interpret electrical drawings and possess computer skills
- Candidate must be willing to travel up to 60% of the time
The Field Service Representative will work in various environments, including manufacturing, substations, and other indoor/outdoor facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join our inclusive and innovative team.
