We've been shaping the delivery landscape since 2013 and are now expanding our technology worldwide, currently operating in Brazil and Mexico.
This exciting role involves onboarding and coaching new hires, ensuring they excel in their CX structure. It also entails conducting weekly quality evaluations with L1 agents, tracking QA performance, and identifying areas for improvement through data and feedback.
The ideal candidate will possess strong training, quality assurance, and process management expertise. Key responsibilities include:
- Training and coaching new hires to perform at an optimal level;
- Monitoring QA performance and providing actionable insights to leadership and management;
- Developing guideline materials and maintaining up-to-date CX indicators reports;
- Documenting processes and ensuring the team stays informed;
- Participating in global alignment meetings to review and negotiate current processes;
- Offering daily support to team members on real-time tasks.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Advanced English language proficiency;
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets and Slides) or Outlook package;
- Previous experience in training and development;
- Experience in QA monitoring and evaluation;
- Background in process design and flowcharts;
- Continuous improvement mindset.
