Business Analyst

We are seeking a results-driven Analyst - Managed Services to join our team. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and execution of recommendations for clients.

You will shape delivery frameworks and methodologies, lead end-to-end implementation of customer lifecycle programs and campaigns, card portfolio solutions, product development/redesign projects, process improvements, and enablement required to drive payment volume, revenue growth, and efficiencies on behalf of our partners across the region.

As part of your duties and responsibilities, you will track and measure team performance and project KPIs, analyze results, provide insights, and foster a virtuous cycle of continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering. Master's Degree in related fields a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments, consulting or similar.
• Proven project management experience (preferably in a consulting environment).
• Technological driven mindset, digitally savvy, and up to date with latest market and industry analytical and digital trends.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
