About the Role

We are seeking a talented Program Manager to support Marketplace operations and expansion in Brazil. As a key member of our FBA Inbound team, you will own Inbound Defect Prevention facing initiative and work closely with various stakeholders to decrease Inbound Defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Inbound Defects metric as Inbound Preparation Defects and Missing from Inbound.
  • Manage Programs and mechanisms to prevent defects.
  • Identify gaps and pain points in existing processes and drive improvements.
  • Set up performance management mechanisms and track seller and business performance on a day-to-day basis.
  • Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review business metrics and set up processes to ensure metrics are met.
  • Conceptualize and drive program changes.
  • Deep dive on issues and come up with solutions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
  • Experience identifying and resolving complex issues.
