We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager Integrations to join our team at Promote Project. As a key member of our CODE team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to seamlessly integrate our Wellhub marketplace with different types of third parties.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager Integrations, you will be responsible for leading the product integration roadmap, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Wellhub goals. You will also monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize integration features and address the main necessities for our company and users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the product integration roadmap to prioritize impactful initiatives and align with Wellhub goals
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and best practices, identifying integration opportunities and potential new partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and shared goals
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize integration features and address main necessities for our company and users
  • Maintain and evolve our developers portal to provide relevant information about integrating with us
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in leading system integrations
  • English is a must, with the majority of stakeholders being native speakers
  • Hands-on mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and self-driven approach with a desire to make things happen
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate, and improve the product
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure problems, prioritize, and make pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments
  • Capacity to identify and connect user needs and business needs, developing effective ideas to meet them
