
Building Customer Relationships and Driving Revenue

The role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support throughout the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract signing and post-service follow-ups.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by acting as their primary point of contact.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Develop tailored strategies to meet each client's goals and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Grow business with existing clients by identifying solutions and services to aid their expansion efforts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by proactively managing pipelines and forecasts.
- Manage contracts, contract renewals, and participate in negotiations and pricing discussions.
- Responsible for project management with close interaction with internal departments to secure customer satisfaction and client success.
- Maintain a strong understanding of gaming regulations, processes, and procedures.
- Complete research on legislation and newspaper articles daily that has any effect or impact on gaming, lottery, and voting testing.
- Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs.
- Update CRM system regularly for all assigned customers.
- A minimum of three years of experience working in a previous sales/development/government role is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience working in the gaming industry is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Must have experience creating and delivering convincing presentations to senior-level clients.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in collaborative decision-making across technology, sales, and customer teams.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, detail, and accuracy.
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English and Brazilian Portuguese sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
- Fluency in Spanish as a third language is preferred.
- Must have the ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays and extended hours beyond the traditional workweek.
