About the Role:
As a Mechanical Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for performing direct service calls in response to customer requests. You will assess mechanical problems, take action to resolve them promptly, and work side-by-side with customer personnel as required. Your duties will include supervising the complete repair cycle, ensuring equipment is installed successfully, and monitoring maintenance and performance.
