Job Opportunity

The Enterprise Project Manager will serve as a functional consultant for customers, utilizing Agilent Enterprise Services. This involves relocation, asset management, and monitoring.

This role requires developing critical relationships with customers to promote satisfaction, understanding, and comprehension of services provided. The successful candidate must be able to optimally handle competing needs, while continually motivating clients, ensuring adoption, and establishing relationships so customers feel confident in the abilities of the Customer Success Manager (CSM).

Effective communication and issue resolution are key to success. The Enterprise Project Manager will ensure feature requests and feedback from customers is provided to product marketing to assist in development and improvements.

This role involves working closely with multiple internal parties to ensure detailed communication, blocking issues, and follow through to guarantee a smooth journey and positive experience for customers.

The Enterprise Project Manager will be responsible for tracking metrics around retention and satisfaction as part of customer health tracking measures. They will also work on the development of scopes, pricing, implementation, and delivery of projects.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with 5+ years of experience working in a scientific or quality control lab environment. Fluency in Portuguese and English is necessary, as well as knowledge and experience in project management.

Previous experience working remotely and serving a remote customer base is preferred. The ability to quickly identify customer goals and propose creative solutions is essential.

Advanced knowledge of Excel, Smartsheet, and the ability to learn other tools utilized in this role are required. Experience deploying and training for SaaS products and projects is also beneficial.
