Delivery Specialist Role

We are seeking a Delivery Specialist to join our team.

• Execute Service Orders using motorcycles, covering Installation, Maintenance, Removal, and Replacement of Machine Technology, Chips, Coils, etc.
• Prioritize Service Orders based on lead time;
• Optimize routes for efficient delivery;
• Verify dispatched and returned machines;
• Activate machines as needed;
• Handle and verify documentation related to Service Orders and service protocols;
• Provide excellent customer service;
• Participate in team alignment meetings with leadership.

Academic background not required. We are looking for an Entry-level professional who can adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Execution of Service Orders (Installation, Maintenance, Removal, and Replacement of Machine Technology, Chips, Coils, etc.) using motorcycles;
2. Prioritization of OSs (mode x lead time);
3. Route optimization;
4. Checking dispatched and returned machines;
5. Machine activation;
6. Handling and verifying documentation (OSs, service protocols, etc.);
7. Customer service;
8. Participating in team alignment meetings with leadership.
