Domestic Transportation Specialist

Transportation operations play a vital role in the success of any business, and as a Transportation Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing domestic transportation data.

• Enter domestic transportation information into our system.
• Pay Pier Pass fees when applicable.
• Assist logistics coordinators with other tasks when required.
• Track and trace containers to arrival ports or rail lines when necessary.
• Maintain open communication with carriers and establish strong relationships with them.
• Source carriers for shipments when needed.
• Dispatch shipments to carriers when required.
• Send pickup instructions to carriers when applicable.
• Billing services when necessary.
• Provide customer support and maintain excellent customer relations.
• Quote services when applicable.
• Acquire System Certification: CW Operator.
• Obtain Hazmat certification.
