Advanced Critical Care Practitioner

This position requires a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in our Critical Care department.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in critical care, trauma, and/or acute care settings. The ideal candidate will have excellent assessment and treatment skills, as well as the ability to develop effective working relationships within the hospital and healthcare network.
Job Responsibilities:- Assess and treat patients with medical, surgical, and critical care conditions
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as directed by physicians
- Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the development of clinical management guidelines
- Provide education and training to multidisciplinary students and physician residents and fellows
- Board eligible or board-certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with current license to practice in Pennsylvania or New Jersey
- At least two years of experience in critical care, trauma, and/or acute care settings
