Job Title: Social Media Content Specialist

  • Craft and tailor engaging Japanese content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing strategies.
  • Write and localise Japanese content for a variety of purposes, including social media daily content and also seasonal campaigns based on the brand and marketing plans.
  • Being involved with social media content planning within brand guidelines, but tailor each piece according to its respective brand, target segments, product requirements, and other targeting considerations.
  • Collaborate with design team to develop the design assets to be used for the various campaign.
  • Build CRM communications directly in the proper Content Management Systems. This includes mailers, SMS, surveys, etc.
  • Work closely with other departments to understand their goals and transform their needs into engaging customer content.
  • Monitor engagement rates of player-facing content and suggest how to improve the content based on the results.
  • Continuously review our sites and outbound communication to ensure the correct content is displayed.
  • Always look to understand our players' needs and identify any gaps in their site or content experience.
  • Recommend new topics and approaches on how to write content for current topics.
  • Perform other job duties as requested.
Key Requirements:
  • Native level of Japanese writing required
  • Previous experience in involved with social media planning and writing for Japanese market
  • Worked in international environment and being fluent in English communication with stakeholders is a plus
  • Interest and experience in i-gaming and sports is a plus
  • Attention to detail
