Job Summary

The Logistics Manager will oversee and optimize the logistics network, ensuring efficient, innovative, and cost-effective distribution of medical devices.

  • Develop and implement strategic logistics initiatives to guarantee timely product delivery.
  • Manage and optimize the logistics network, encompassing consigned products at customers, main distribution centers, branches, and distributors.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, quality systems, and medical device standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align logistics activities with business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of managing logistics networks and optimizing supply chain processes with various Distribution Centers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, and track & trace.
  • Experience with regulated products and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Intermediate English; Spanish is desirable.
