Regional Sales Development Manager

As a Regional Sales Development Manager at Great Wall Motor Brasil Ltda., you will be responsible for representing the company in the development of commercial relationships with our main distributor customers in Brasilia. This role requires periodic achievement of volume objectives, respecting commercial policies and internal goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth and expansion.
- Analyze customer performance indicators to make informed decisions and drive sales strategy.
- Plan and manage activities for the complementary channel team, developing strategies and actions to achieve and/or exceed sales objectives.
- Secure space in the sales area for customers under your responsibility, ensuring execution teams are informed about strategies for the point of sale.
- Carry out team management, people development, provide feedback, performance monitoring, and routine monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related areas.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or related fields.
- Hands-on approach with strategic thinking to develop business strategy and good problem-solving/communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively, with willingness to get hands dirty and make things happen.
- Ability to influence people and engage teams.
Estimated Salary: R$ 80,000 - R$ 120,000 per year
