Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Management expert to join our team. As a Cost Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the settlement of construction disputes and resolving commercial issues.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency and fairness
• Resolve any commercial, change orders and contract issues quickly and efficiently
• Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of any claims to ensure clients get best value from works undertaken
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies
• Support project management through excellent cost documentation and timely communication, ensuring projects run smoothly and on budget
• Participate in the tender/bid process, providing expert analysis and reporting
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, clearly communicating variations to your team
