Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and goals.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including upper management, clients, and team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, pre-sales, support, and education, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the enterprise software industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
