Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing activities in Brazil. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager, LATAM, to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive lead generation and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in chemistry or a related field, such as pharmaceutical or biology. Experience in B2B technology manufacturing is an advantage.

  • Supporting Marketing Manager: Define local specific marketing needs, objectives, and suggest effective tactics to achieve them.
  • Collateral Delivery: Support global marketing team for collateral delivery and brand/logistical support.
  • Sales-Aids: Create educational material and sales-aids for local sales team and resellers channel.
  • Exhibition Preparation: Support preparation regarding LATAM marketing budget for exhibitions.
  • Lead Qualifying: Work closely with Brazil Inside Sales team to develop improved outcomes from lead qualifying and lead generation.
  • Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with HQ marketing team and Brazil marketing manager to adapt marketing collateral and messaging to best suit regional needs and maximize impact.
Requirements:
  • A degree in chemistry or a related field, such as pharmaceutical or biology.
  • Good organization and dynamic with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver with high degree of initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Familiarity and competency with Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of English and Spanish languages.
