Packs Merchandising Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Packs Merchandising Analyst to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing the sales data of our products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Data Analysis: You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting sales data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Product Line Management: You will work closely with our regional merchandiser to ensure that product lines are properly set up and maintained in our systems.
  • Data Cleaning: You will be responsible for cleaning and organizing data received from distributors.
  • Reporting: You will prepare and update internal reports to monitor results and provide analysis of relevant information to the business team.
  • Sell-out Reports: You will prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sell-out reports and analysis.
  • Sell-in Tools: You will maintain and update sell-in tools, organize all material such as sales organizers, order forms, and line lists.
  • Market Research: You will monitor competition and provide information on new products, campaigns, and trends in the market.
  • Reorders: You will be responsible for sharing availability with distributors by demand and placing orders with customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: Business administration, engineering, fashion business, or other related courses.
  • Excel & PowerPoint: Advanced level.
  • Language Skills: Fluent oral and written skills in English are required.
  • BI Tools: Knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time, priorities, and urgencies.
  • Personality: Proactive, enthusiastic, and hands-on personality.
  • Team Player: Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented: Detail-oriented with high precision.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in the fashion business is appreciated.
