Job Description:

The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying top opportunities within a specific market. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished professional to join our team and become part of a world-class sales organization.

Responsibilities:

- Identify potential buyers within targeted areas.
- Conduct client discovery process to identify business issues and sell appropriate solutions to address needs.
- Present technology product solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with sales executives and technical sales consultants in a team selling environment.
- Prepare and present complex proposals to clients.
- Negotiate and execute contracts with clients consistent with our pricing strategy.
- Work closely with sales management to develop individual sales plans.
- Monitor progress against company strategies and goals.
- Provide client support and service by leveraging internal resources to satisfy client needs.
- Drive sales and maintain relationships with assigned clients.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 3-4 years field sales experience (software sales preferred)
  • Skills: Excellent presentation and client communication skills, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, ability to learn new products and services, negotiate complex pricing agreements and contract terms, service orientation with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Behavioral Requirements: Conduct yourself using trust, teamwork and accountability principles and behave in a manner that promotes company values and culture.
