We are looking for a senior software developer with expertise in Agile methodologies to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets, with experience in coaching teams to adopt these principles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the team in preparation of ART and Solution Train using various tools and information radiators.
  • Coaching teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
  • Providing input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
  • Encouraging collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering.
  • Working with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
  • Improving the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.

  • Use of agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Certifications (desirable).
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
