We seek a highly skilled and versatile Fullstack Developer to design, build, and maintain robust solutions across backend and frontend layers, ensuring seamless digital experiences.

The core challenge involves constructing a resilient, user-centric, and scalable digital experience platform (DXP) for a complex banking website. This platform demands integration with CRM, analytics, and marketing automation services, along with engaging user interfaces.

As a Fullstack Developer, you will bridge business logic and user experience, crafting solutions that balance technical excellence with usability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and customization of backend services and frontend components for the DXP platform.
  • Creating APIs for dynamic content, integrating with CRM and marketing automation tools, implementing authentication/authorization flows, orchestrating personalization engines, and optimizing caching and database queries.
  • Developing reusable UI components integrated with CMS data, implementing design system guidelines, building responsive and accessible templates, integrating A/B testing and analytics scripts, and optimizing page performance.
  • Ensuring smooth communication between backend services and frontend interfaces, leveraging headless CMS capabilities and modern frameworks.
  • Building reusable UI components and responsive templates integrated with CMS content.
  • Collaborating with designers, marketers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Contributing to the definition of platform architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Supporting DevOps practices for smooth deployments and continuous delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in both frontend and backend development for CMS/DXP platforms.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud integrations.
  • Familiarity with databases, caching, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with accessibility, SEO, and performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Advanced English for interactions with multicultural teams and clients.
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with headless CMS and JAMstack architectures.
  • Cloud certifications.
  • Experience with A/B testing, personalization frameworks, and design systems.
  • Experience with personalization and experimentation tools.
