The Technical Build Management Associate is responsible for providing customized solutions to clients, including the creation of specifications and file translation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing tailored solutions for customers by creating detailed specifications
  • Translating files, setting up databases, and customizing data flows to meet client requirements
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and adhering to established procedures and controls
  • Meeting deadlines and delivering solutions on time
  • Staying up-to-date with knowledge of bank file layouts, electronic channels, and connectivity, including Host to Host, SWIFT, API, etc.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent management skills, with the ability to drive projects to completion and manage complex integration solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
  • Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience working with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator tool
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment
