We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Digital Technology Business Analyst to support our Accounts Payable (AP) projects at Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing digital solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our accounts payable systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for AP projects, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements and integrations, driving process improvements and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of AP systems and tools, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and track project progress, ensuring effective project management and stakeholder communication.
