Job Summary
Dbr Consultoria E Tecnologia Ltda is seeking a highly skilled SAP PP/PM/QM Application Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch application support under the SAP PP/PM/QM platform, troubleshooting and resolving issues and requests within targeted service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for analyzing and resolving application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectations.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and change requests reported by users and follow up promptly for closure.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and requests.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in SAP PP/PM/QM module configuration, customization, and support.
- Strong understanding of business processes and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, WM, CS, FICO) and third-party systems.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation skills using MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Ability to work on shifts (allowance will be applicable).
- SAP certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- S4/HANA experience.
- S4/HANA Public Cloud experience.
- Integration experience with other modules.
- Knowledge in using support tools (e.g., Omnitracker, SAP Incident Manager, JIRA, ZenDesk).
- Knowledge in ITIL is preferred.
- Debugging is an added advantage.
- Fiori integration skill is a plus.
