Key Opportunities

We are seeking a Contract Lead Full Stack Software Developer to drive our technology initiatives forward. This contract position offers flexibility in duration based on project needs, enabling us to respond effectively to dynamic market conditions.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Combine hands-on senior-level development with leadership responsibility, guiding architecture and technical direction, and active full stack development expertise.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable application design and code quality, aligned with industry best practices.
  • Support the growth and alignment of our development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Lead the team through migrations of legacy code as we transition clients to this platform, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in English - including reading, writing and speaking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of team leadership experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • 5+ years of hands-on full stack software development experience, with expertise in multiple programming languages.
  • Backend: C#, .NET Core, RabbitMQ, Python.
  • Frontend: ReactJS.
  • Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
  • Databases: MySQL, Redis, MongoDB Atlas, PostgreSQL.
  • Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architecture, with a focus on performance and reliability.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline design, enabling efficient deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software delivery practices, with experience in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Integration experience with HubSpot CRM & Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP.
  • Familiarity with AWS Glue, SNS, SES, and CloudWatch.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
  • Prior experience in team leadership or mentoring roles, with a proven ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.

The contractor must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in Brazil, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.
